When youll achieve 45 minutes checkpoint, your brain will mark it as possible. Then you just need to repeat this result. The next 45 minutes will make 1.5 hours in total.
Repeating the 1.5 hours goal will make 3 hours and so on. Repeat your result which is already achieved and make progress!
